Ricotta-Stuffed Shells with Spinach Pesto

This was from my 1,001 Low-Fat Recipes cookbook. They were ok, but the pesto as written really didn't work. I had to add a bunch more spinach, basil, cheese and olive oil (and eliminating the "low-fat" description) in order to make anything of it. I am not gonna post the recipe because it wasn't my favorite, but Brian liked them. Let me know if you want to give them a whirl, and I'll send the recipe.
